🎬 ROSEDALE PARK DISC GOLF COURSE UPGRADE — COMPLETE 🥏
We’re proud to finally present the new-look Rosedale Disc Golf Course.
What started as an upgrade quickly became an opportunity to rethink what a modern public disc golf course can be. Every decision was made with the player experience, safety, sustainability, and the long-term future of the course in mind.
This project has introduced new ideas, new infrastructure, and several never-before-seen course assets that we’re excited to share with the disc golf community. From improved course flow and navigation through to significant safety enhancements, every detail has been carefully considered.
🥏 New layouts, new challenges, and new opportunities for players of all skill levels.
⚠️ Significant safety improvements to both the course and for other park users will help future-proof the course for years to come.
This has been a huge effort and one we’re incredibly proud of.

Haydn, Phil, Zac, and newest team member Tom for the countless hours, hard work, and commitment to bringing this vision to life.
Special thanks also to Nick Goeldner for his course design support, valuable input, and willingness to jump on the tools whenever needed.
This project represents more than just an upgrade, it's a new model that could be widely adopted thorughout NZ to solidify Disc Golf as a professionally installed product for any community.

❤️🔥 ROSEDALE PARK UPGRADE PROJECT — WEEK ONE UPDATE 🔥❤️
We’re excited to finally share the first progress update from the Rosedale Park Upgrade Project!
Originally installed back in 2018, the course has evolved a lot over the years — and now it’s getting a major refresh. The Disc Shop NZ crew has been on-site all week putting in the hard yards and creating some serious disc golf magic. 🥏
Week One Highlights:
✅ 11 new Proto Tee Pads by Disc Shop NZ installed
➡️ The second batch is even better than the first, with an enhanced disc golf feel.
✅ Several brand-new holes
➡️ Designed to challenge and test every part of your game.
✅ Completely refreshed course layout
➡️ Featuring two layouts per hole and a bunch of exciting new shot shapes and options.
✅ Directional signage installed at every basket
➡️ Helping improve course flow and player experience.
✅ Mega mulching mission underway
➡️ Over 15m³ spread so far — and still going strong.
We’re not finished yet. There’s still another 3–4 days of work planned over the next few weeks as we add the final touches and keep refining the course. We’ll post another update once everything is fully complete.

Rosedale Park Disc Golf Course Upgrade – Project Update
We are excited to confirm that work on the Rosedale Park Disc Golf Course upgrade will begin next Tuesday.
The first stage of the project will primarily involve pre-construction work, with the main installation work commencing the following week.
The project is expected to take approximately 3–4 weeks (weather dependent) to complete.
During construction, we anticipate little to no disruption to the current course layout, and players should be able to continue enjoying the course as normal for most of the build period.
Please see the attached images for an overview of the new layout, key course changes, and details of the new infrastructure being installed.
As the project progresses and we get closer to completion, we’ll share another update with more information and opening details.
