This week marked an exciting milestone as The Building Agency exhibited in Australia for the first time at Arc Agency QLD.

The event provided the opportunity to showcase our integrated ENCLOSURE™ Systems alongside our façade and cladding solutions, while connecting with hundreds of architects, designers, developers and builders from across Brisbane.

It's encouraging to see the growing interest in high-performing building enclosures and conversations that look beyond individual products to complete, integrated systems.

We're excited to announce the opening of The Building Agency Australasia's new Brisbane branch.

This expansion allows us to better support architects, designers, developers and builders throughout Queensland with local expertise, technical support and access to our integrated ENCLOSURE™ Systems and façade solutions.

We're also delighted to welcome Riaan as our new Branch Manager, who will be leading our Brisbane operations and working closely with clients across the region.

Project Spotlight | 20 Chalmers Street, Wanaka

This striking four-townhouse development showcases how the right material selection can enhance both aesthetics and performance.

Featuring AliClad™ MAX in Vintage Grey paired with anodised black aluminium panel accents, the façade creates a modern, refined look while standing up to Wanaka's demanding alpine conditions.

With high UV exposure and significant seasonal temperature changes, durability and low maintenance were key considerations for this project.
