Next Level Construct

A full interior renovation with a double storey extension to the rear, completed over 26 weeks in Grey Lynn.

Projects like this one have a lot of moving parts, and getting the sequencing and communication right is what keeps everything on track. It is something we work hard at on every build, so it means a lot to hear it reflected back from the people living through the process.

Here is how James described the experience:

A new living and dining space, a study, a scullery, and a pool. This Grey Lynn home got a proper overhaul.

With the clients craving more room, we built a large extension to open up the living and dining area and added a dedicated study. A walk-in scullery went in off the existing kitchen, and out the back we built a swimming pool and laid a paved patio.

We're underway on a large residential renovation with Maud Studios, and this one carries a bit of history. The home has been in the same family for decades, and this is the first proper renovation since it was originally built.

Right now we're at framing and wrap. The majority of the framing is done, and from here we're focused on getting the roof on and the external joinery in.

The upstairs open plan living is already starting to take shape, and with a pool and outdoor entertaining area to come, there's plenty ahead worth following.

A villa in the midst of being returned to it's former glory.

After years divided into three flats, this home is being brought back together as one family home.

We're now nearing completion, with the final exterior items, fencing, and decking underway. Next up, we'll be finishing the remaining stages of the project, including an additional Airbnb space downstairs.
