💙 Looking back, with gratitude, on an incredible evening of community support, fun, and fundraising at the Child Cancer Foundation Quiz Night Fundraiser in Taranaki.

Held in June, supporters from across the region raised an amazing $23,050! 🎉 From challenging quiz questions and exciting raffles to some fantastic auction items, it was a night to remember.

Dan was proud to be part of the action, with his team aptly named "And the Winner Is..." taking out second place on the Professionals table. 👏

A huge thank you to Kris Rasmussen, the entire Professionals Taranaki team, and everyone who attended, donated, bid, and supported the event. Your generosity will go far to support tamariki with cancer and their whānau throughout Aotearoa.

This wonderful night is quickly becoming a Taranaki tradition, and we're so grateful to everyone who helps make it such a success, year after year. ✨

Hugo has a special connection to Child Cancer Foundation through his cousin Cooper, who received support from our team during his treatment at CHOC (Child Haematology and Oncology Centre). Following Cooper's heartbreaking passing in May, Hugo chose to turn his care and compassion into action, raising funds to help other children and families navigating childhood cancer.

Thank you, Hugo. Your generosity, determination and big heart will help make a difference to families when they need it most. 🌟

Made with love by his mum Brittany, Richie’s beautiful korowai brings together the artworks he created throughout his cancer treatment at Starship.

After six rounds of chemotherapy, Richie faced every challenge with courage, resilience, and a smile that never seemed to fade. Now, this special korowai stands as a reminder of his creativity, strength, and the incredible journey he has been on.

Richie, you are an inspiration. ✨

Last night, we joined Canteen Aotearoa, Heart Kids NZ, Kidney Kids NZ, Make-A-Wish Foundation NZ and Ronald McDonald House Charities New Zealand at Parliament to launch the Children and Young People’s Health Collective Manifesto.

Together, the Collective brings together six organisations from across Aotearoa that support more than 130,000 children and young people experiencing significant health issues, and their whānau, every year.

While each organisation supports different health conditions, we consistently see many of the same financial, practical and emotional barriers affecting children, young people and whānau.

By bringing together our collective frontline experience, the Manifesto identifies practical, achievable actions that will reduce these barriers and improve equity in health and wellbeing outcomes.
