Spaceland

Selling off the pdp spaceland drumkit if anyone is interested .

Dear artists and supporters.

As many will know we have not been taking bookings for a few months now.

Unfortunately we must close our doors to the rehearsal space.

Our attempt to allow the use of ‘band practice’ in the premises resulted in long email threads between lawyers and the landlord, ultimately ending with us owing 2k upwards in lawyer fees and a new date to be out.

It has been an amazing place for so many people and its clear we have an active music community in need of a space to create and rehearse. Its sad to see this end.

Thanks for all your support, lets see what comes next!?

Extremely excited for Mess Esque this Sunday performing at Pearl Diver! If you haven’t wrapped your ears around this very special band that features The Dirty Three’s Mick Turner and McKisko’s Helen Franzmann, I’d urge you to give them a cheeky listen.
Support your local venues, this will be Pearl Divers first time hosting a gig, lets make it a goodie! Grab your tickets from Undertheradar.co.nz now!

Spaceland is holding a meeting on Sunday at 6:30pm
We will be discussing such issues as
-The landlord not wanting band practice in his building.
And whatever else you want to discuss.
Anyone us welcome to join. If you want to come please comment or DM. Thanks
