What a great day out at the beach today ..take 2 with Ruahine Endurance Club at Scotts Ferry

We definitely got lucky with the weather — the rain stayed away!

Lots of beautiful horses and plenty of moments to capture.

And Happy Father’s Day to all the dads out there — hope you’ve had a lovely day!

Ruahine Endurance Ride
What a fantastic day out with the Endurance Riding Club yesterday!

I was there capturing riders across the 40km, 20km and 12km rides,in the showers and windy conditions with plenty of action, beautiful horses and those special moments along the way.

Practicing tonight with the different settings on this lens, and so far, we’re coming along nicely!
So tonight’s model was Diesel
He was actually very good on command… which is handy when you’re trying to photograph dogs!
A bit more practice and I’ll have this lens figured out in no time.

Putting the new lens through its paces! Before next Saturday..
Today’s little model is this handsome fella!
Look out the clip is ruff as I havnt finished it for him he's not showing so it truly dosnt matter to me.
That tail is looking good!

Loving the results so far and having fun getting out there and putting the new gear to work.
Once we have better weather I can really tidy him up.
