An awesome short deadline project we had the honour of designing in preparation for the induction of our nannies into the hall of fame.
Definitely an eye opener with the new technology and pushing the boundaries of vector graphic and motion graphics using LED.
Nga mihi to Indigination Ltd and the whanau at Filament Eleven 11.

Found an old hard drive last night and some small projects from WAY back . one of my favs is an oldie but a goodie I designed for a tattooist mate of mine (I thought it was weird he came to me but ... ) . Its the subtle things that sometimes go unseen that have the most profound effect on the whole design.

we paddle. I cant say it any clearer then that but I've become obsessed with the design surrounding the sport both locally and internationally. A project we've been working on lately is for a team that I paddle for that is steeped in whakapapa. I wanted our top to represent all of the good things that the club and its patrons have contributed to the sport as well as the whakapapa and history that surrounds it.
Draft 1 ... of many. fully sublimated in Aotearoa.

A few moons back now a friend of mine asked me to design a logo. I asked him of what and what for and then I asked him the 'cringe' question ... when do you need it?
Tomorrow.
almost 10 years later I look back at how awesome its been to watch this franchise grow having had a hand in designing the brand, uniforms, advertising media, online marketing and promotion as well as running the website and social media in the early years ... the icing on the cake is seeing them at the top of the NBL once again after a hard fought win over the saints.
Heres to another decade of south side awesomeness, SIT ZERO FEES Southland Sharks!
