🏠 Tapanui Build Update

The house is closed in and really starting to take shape. We’re now getting ready for pre-line and some cladding.

Another good milestone ticked off! There will be plenty happening there over the next few weeks.

Another big effort from the lads in Tapanui last week! 🔨🏠

Roof framing is well underway and we’re getting ready to close this one in. Great to see another new build taking shape.

Another solid effort from the team out in Tapanui today getting the frames up!
Trusses and roof framing will be next, fingers crossed for some more fine weather☀️☀️

The lads have been busy out at our Tapanui house.

Subfloor is framed up and ready for some flooring.
Frames are arriving this week, so this one will really start taking shape.

Good progress from the team despite the Southland winter weather! 💪🏠

Check out this bathroom and laundry renovation we recently completed!🔨🔨

Completed just in time for Christmas 🎄

This project included the addition of a new master bedroom with ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, along with an extended dining area to enhance both space and functionality. Final items remaining are painting, flooring, and electrical fit-off, with the main construction works now complete.

A great result for the homeowners heading into the holiday period.
If you’re considering an extension or renovation, feel free to get in touch.

Big progress on this one!
This implement shed for the team at Triflor NZ is really starting to take shape. Always good seeing a build come together like this — solid steel, heaps of space, and built to last.

Stoked to be working with a great crew and an awesome client on this project. More to come as it wraps up!
