Meet Francesca, aka Fran! 👋

Fran is one of the creative minds behind what you see from Smart Loyalty, from emails and social posts to partner campaigns and plenty more.

When she’s not bringing ideas to life, you’ll find her exploring new places, drawing, enjoying live music, or hanging out with her partner Marco, friends and cats, Dean and Ollie.

Having grown up surrounded by the mountains in Italy, Fran also loves snowboarding , and will always have a soft spot for snow and winter! ❄️🏂

Quinton, Mike, and Jeremy represented Smart Loyalty on the golf course last Friday, supporting the Cancer Society at the 2026 ANZ Daffodil Day Golf Tournament in Ngāruawāhia. 🌼⛳

A special mention to Quinton, who won the putt-off at the end of the day and took home a brand-new putter. In a generous gesture, he donated it straight back to the cause, helping raise an extra $300 for the Cancer Society. 👏

Meet Mikee, our Member Relationship Lead!

Mikee is the person behind the connections that keep Smart Loyalty moving. From managing new members to connecting new business leads with our partners, she makes sure those relationships are looked after, and our members are getting the most out of their rewards.

Outside of work, you’ll find Mikee exploring nature trails, hanging out with her sister and nephew, or getting competitive over a board game.

She’s also a ballroom dancing fan and loves hitting the road with her partner for his magic shows, where she’s behind the camera and helping manage the socials 📸✨

Last Thursday, a team representing Smart Loyalty went along to the 11th Frank Risk Table Tennis Tournament! 🏓

This year, we played in support of Hospice Waikato, an organisation dedicated to providing care and support for people living with a life-limiting illness and their whānau/family.

A big shoutout to Frank Risk Management and Tristram Marine for hosting another great event. Great food, great company and plenty of competitive table tennis!
