Consent Free 70sqm dwelling 🏠

Busy times at the moment with our usual builds still ticking along in Lockerbie Morrinsville, picking up jobs in town on the side, and now an in house project taking advantage of the new law that’s come in surrounding consent free dwellings!

Pad was boxed up rib-raft style and has gone down, Frames are up and ready for Wrap 🌯 all in quick succession, Trusses due shortly aswell as scaffold and nets! More to come on this little build, many questions and queries around the process so far that I’ve been asked so reach out if this could be up your alley, having gone through the process it’s more familiar to me now and happy to sort something out if this is what your after 🔨👌🏽

Long overdue Update! 📖

It has been a fast start to the year hence the long time between posts 🏃‍♂️
We have done busy in Lockerbie Village/ Estate building away in the subdivision here, whilst also fitting in the our town jobs in and around these builds 🏡
The clients have moved in out at the monster build in Sunridge park and will hopefully have a video tour of the house in the coming weeks. The Builds in the subdivision are cranking along and keep us busy the majority of the time! 🔨

But there is always room/time to accommodate other renovations or additions, decks, fences, bathrooms etc, we also work closely with sub contractors to make things happen for our clients aswell ( painters, plumbers, electricians, etc)

So please reach out if you need help or ideas on future projects we would love to make these a reality for you, in the mean time check out a few photos of the projects we have been working on 🎥

Sunridge update 🔨

We have been busy the last few months getting this house closed in for the summer break. Joinery has gone in, cladding has gone up and almost done, the house has been gibbed also. A lot of unseen labour has gone into it but the results have been rewarding from the paraphet front entry, to the internal corner slider that opens up the entire corner of the living room, dining room joinery with gib kits and so on! Coming together nicely and can wait to see the end product early next year 🏠
