We’re excited to share that our 40% Qilan Oolong White Chocolate Bar has been awarded a Silver Medal 🥈 at the 2026 International Chocolate Awards (Asia Pacific), with an outstanding score of 88.✌️

The judges praised its beautifully balanced sweetness—challenging the common perception that white chocolate is “just sweet.”

In developing this bar, we intentionally reduced the sugar level. This creates a cleaner structure, allowing the flavours to express themselves with greater clarity and precision.

On the palate, delicate floral notes from Qilan Oolong unfold gradually. Qilan (奇兰), literally meaning “rare orchid,” is a cultivar of oolong tea known for its elegant, orchid-like floral aroma and refined character—one of the distinctive teas from the Wuyi Mountains, China.
