It was fantastic to host 300 waahine for the Waikato Waahine Collective Symposium 2026 at !

The day opened with our VIP Panel, "Shaping the Future: Women Leading Change," where guests picked up pearls of wisdom from some of amazing waahine leading in their fields.

Six keynote speakers then took the main stage, each bringing their own perspective to the room, and our Supplier Hub gave our sponsors and local, women owned businesses the spotlight.

Above all, it was a day built on connection with new faces, new ideas, and a room full of women backing each other.

We love bringing Zest to our events...

At a recent event we introduced tarot-style quote cards as a simple activation. Quotes were pulled from delegate registration forms, printed onto cards, and placed on seats. Each guest's job was to find the person behind their quote.

The room was full of real conversations before the first speaker took the stage. No icebreaker facilitation, no awkward "turn to your neighbour" moment. Just people finding each other and striking up a convo.

The final event of the day was the Caci After Party at .

Sky Tower views, DJ@ariijade on the decks with a live saxophonist (the dance floor was never empty), capturing the glamour, and a make up artist on hand for touch ups all night.

We also brought to life a brand activation for our client .nz , with branded drinks, snacks and mirror moments as well as the photo wall with the GlamBot.

Three events, three venues, one very proud team. What a day!

From conference room to red carpet! 👠🏆

Our second event of the day was the Caci Awards at SkyCity. Guests walked along the Hall of Fame red carpet and posed for the iconic GlamBot. Then the glamourous trio opened the show, MC’d by .

With over 300 guests in the room you could feel the culture of the Caci network in every category, cheering on and hyping up the winners!
This energy then carried through to the after party…

We kicked things off at the Pullman with the Caci Business Partners Conference. This event included updates for the network, an inspiring keynote from .live, and a workshop with Bring It On Monday.

Say hello to Harriet (we know we're a little late to the party)

Harriet joined us back in March, since moving home from overseas, and we couldn't be happier to have another superstar on board! With a background spanning events, marketing for some of New Zealand's big corporates, and working in an advertising agency in Scotland, she brings an impressive toolkit to the team.

As our Marketing, Events and Community Manager, Harriet is spinning lots of plates. She's full of energy and full of ideas. We're so lucky to have her. 💚
