Things are really coming together on our townhouse build 🏠

Only a few weeks ago this was just a concrete slab, the team have battled through some adverse Southland weather to get the frame and truss complete, fascia roof and gutters installed, and the house wrapped and ready for windows

Looking forward to seeing the windows in and the exterior take shape 🔨

Stage 1 concluded at our townhouse project today. Stay tuned as this wee build comes out of the ground 📏

A lot of work goes into getting a concrete slab to this stage. From site preparation and earthworks, boxing to insulation, steel, and plumbing, every detail matters before the concrete arrives.

Another project moving ahead, and we’re looking forward to seeing this one take shape over the next few months.
