made a start on adding some extra bits of rhs on this car trailer to help prevent future cracking on the wooden deck that was on here.
Today was measuring, cutting, cleaning off the galv and got one side welded
Tomorrow I will be doing the other side and under the trailer

Little job for the team at Zero Hour

Old hinges were in bad shape so we have upgraded to a bigger and stronger option
Truck wouldn’t fit in the workshop so we were fighting the wind 😅

Long overdue repairs for the cages at post haste Lower Hutt, type of work that can’t be done during work hours due to the high traffic in the depo during the day!

Bit of a truck vs cage.. cage deffs lost 😂
I have a customer here who has had a truck back into there cage not once not twice.. but 3 times!!

All there are after is a ’simple’ straighten out job 😂

So far we have cut all the bent material in the middle and trying to save the outer frame
Not the prettiest of jobs but nothing we can’t handle 👌👌
