There are real people behind every application for granting funding from the WBS Charitable Trust.

People putting forward the projects, organisations and ideas they believe will make a difference in their communities.

Our latest funding round is now open. Is your face next?

If you’ve got a project that could benefit from WBS Charitable Trust funding, applications are open now.

For Ben Garrett, owner of Carterton Plumbers, having a bank that understands his business and the local community makes a difference.

At WBS, we work alongside local business owners, taking the time to understand their goals and find the right solutions to support them.

It’s about building strong relationships with local businesses and helping them move forward, right here in the Wairarapa.

What a pleasure it was to see hundreds of rising football stars from around the Lower North Island battling it out at the WBS Douglas Villa Tournament last weekend.
It’s an event we’re always proud to get behind. Giving local players the chance to test themselves against teams from outside the region, build connections and make lasting memories along the way. And great organisation by Douglas Villa AFC, once again!

Congratulations to our local legends, the Carterton Aces, who took home the win in the 9th Grade competition.

Well played!
