Three scarves laid out to dry. Made on Spiral Studio's Nuno Felting Workshop in Saturday. This was a fully Fun Creative day 10am - 4pm. More workshops to come monthly featuring different projects.

Hello Everyone! Thank you for all your kind phone calls, support and understanding as we transition from the Fibre Spectrum Cooperative. We would like to reassure you that we members will still be creating and we would love to stay in touch. :)

Yes it has been a while since any posting has happened on Fibre Spectrum page.
In fact the big news is that... After 31 very successful years of business in Upper Trafalgar Street... we have closed!!
We members of Fibre Spectrum Cooperative, are still creating & feel inspired to pop up in the summer months in one of our many Nelson shops which lie vacant at present.
So it's a " watch this space" & we will keep you posted here & on our website www.fibrespectrum.co.nz . Or you may like to visit www.spiralstudio.co.nz which is my personal website.

Founder member, Jackie Archer, is now back supplying us with her beautiful jerseys & yarn, seen here in this pic. Always been a favourite yarn sold in Fibre Spectrum.

Today this customer Will, came into Fibre Spectrum, bought homespun yarn from us because he really liked our shop, & decided to learn to knit. By the end of the day, Vernette had him well on the way, knitting his very own scarf from some very soft & yummy black Corridale yarn spun by Nancye. Good luck Will.
