How beautiful is wee Akaroa! 🤍
There’s something so special about being here at this time of year. The scenery is absolutely stunning, and it’s a lovely reminder to slow down, take a breath, and appreciate the beautiful places we get to experience here in Aotearoa.

I’m currently up in Canterbury doing more training, continuing to build on my knowledge and deepen my understanding of frequency medicine.

Continued education has always been very important to me. I believe that no matter how much experience we gain, there is always more to learn. The more I explore frequency medicine, the more I realise just how much depth there is to this area of work and that is something I find incredibly exciting.

For me, continuing to learn isn’t simply about adding another qualification or attending another training. It’s about staying curious, asking questions, challenging my own understanding, and continually looking at how I can expand my knowledge and develop my practice.

I feel incredibly grateful to be able to do work that I’m so passionate about, and to have the opportunity to keep learning and growing along the way.

My commitment is to continue investing in my education and knowledge so that I can bring the very best of what I learn into my practice and the people I work with.

There is always more to discover, and I’m excited for what this next chapter of learning will bring.

I’m really happy to share that bookings are now open for Two Feathers Biofield Tuning in Invercargill on Saturdays. 🤍

It’s been so lovely being able to bring Biofield Tuning to Invercargill, and I’m grateful for everyone who has already trusted me with their time, energy and wellbeing.

I feel incredibly passionate about this work and the space I’m creating through Two Feathers. Each time I sit with a client, I’m reminded of why I love what I do, creating a calm space where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and explore a different way of supporting their wellbeing.

I’m continuing to grow Two Feathers slowly and intentionally, investing in my practice, learning, and the experience I’m able to offer.

So, if you’ve been curious about Biofield Tuning, have been thinking about booking another session, or simply feel called to give it a try, Saturday appointments in Invercargill are now available. 🌿

I’d love to see you there.

Thank you for continuing to support Two Feathers, every booking, recommendation, share and kind word helps this little business grow, and I’m so grateful. 🤍

Bookings are now open for Saturdays in Invercargill.

There’s something about 8/8 that feels like a beautiful invitation to pause, reflect and think about what we’re ready for next.

The Lion’s Gate is often associated with Leo season and themes of courage, confidence, abundance, personal growth and stepping more fully into who we are.

But perhaps the deeper work isn’t always about asking for more.

Perhaps it’s about asking ourselves what we are finally ready to stop carrying.

What are we ready to release? What have we been holding onto through fear, habit or simply because it’s familiar? Where have we been playing small, when somewhere inside we know we’re ready for more?

Maybe there’s a dream you’ve been putting off, a decision you’ve been sitting with, or a part of yourself you’re ready to embrace more fully.

You don’t need a complicated ritual or to have everything figured out. You might simply light a candle, take some quiet time, write down what you’re ready to let go of and what you’d like to welcome into your life. Then, when you’re ready, take one small step towards it.

Because I don’t think these moments are about sitting back and waiting for something magical to happen.

Sometimes the real magic is in the decision to move.

To believe in yourself a little more. To take up a little more space. To stop making yourself smaller than the life you’re asking for.

So today, on 8/8, I’m asking myself:

What am I ready to step into?

And perhaps that’s a question worth sitting with for all of us.

Here’s to courage, confidence, new possibilities and becoming more of who we’re meant to be.

She’s a bit pretty here at Two Feathers HQ this morning. With a slight dusting of snow and the clouds beginning to lift looks like she’s going to be a good day!!!

I wanted to share something that has come up in the last week or so.

Many people are surprised that I still work and don't run Two Feathers Biofield Tuning full-time. I completely understand why, they see how passionate I am about this work.

The reality is that building a business, especially in a modality that isn't yet widely known in New Zealand takes time. A big part of what I do is helping people understand what Biofield Tuning is and how it can support their wellbeing.

Behind the scenes, I'm continually investing in my business through professional training, specialised equipment, and ongoing education. These courses and tools require both time and financial commitment, and I'm committed to providing the best possible experience for my clients.

I've also spent a lot of time reflecting on how I want Two Feathers to grow. Rather than adding services just for the sake of expanding, I want everything I offer to genuinely align with my values, my passion, and the kind of healing space I want to create.

For now, working in the pharmacy gives me the stability to continue building my business in a sustainable and authentic way.

Thank you to everyone who has booked a session, shared my business, recommended me, or supported me along the way. Every bit of encouragement means the world, and I'm excited to see where this journey leads.

Winter Solstice reminds us that even in the quietest seasons, change is taking place.

The nights are longer the mornings cooler and I’m reflecting on growth, gratitude, and the importance of staying true to the path ahead. Some seasons are for action, others are for reflection and both have value.

I'm thankful for the continued journey of Two Feathers and for everyone who has been part of it. As we move beyond the longest night, I'm looking forward to the opportunities, lessons, and light that the coming season may bring.

Wishing everyone a peaceful Winter Solstice

Frosty mornings and lake mist from the office in Kingston today.

The steam rising off the lake as the sun comes through never gets old. Mornings like this make it a little easier to settle into a quiet day behind the scenes, getting organised and ready for the weeks ahead.

It’s not always the visible part of business, but these slower days are just as important.
