I’m pretty excited about this one.
I haven’t taken on many gigs over winter, spending time with kids and my role with NZ Nature Fund, so I’m feeling refreshed and ready to bring the vibe and energy to this event.

This was quite a unique experience, I’m performing, wait am I busking…live crowd, add in cameras, lights and dancers, it was intense but quite magic as well as the sun set on Lake Wakatipu.
I still pinch myself I live in this incredibly magical place.

I was playing recently at the Remarks windy point look out, to immerse myself in nature in its beauty and expansiveness, to feel the elements as music flowed.
A passerby came up and took some photos. He just shared these moments, thank you , so incredible to meet you and for you to exchange your own talents with me.🙏⭐️
Those who know me know how much I love music and the mountains. Our truely unique and expansive natural landscape connects us and gives us a sense of freedom and belonging.
How many places in the world can you work in an office, and in your lunch break drive 15 minutes to a tranquil location with these views to play music!
I am excited to be working with some very talented people on a community-led, community-driven initiative where we come together to learn, connect and listen to the voices of teachers, the music of artists, and the sounds of the whenua. In stunning pop-up locations in nature, we will contributions from musicians, kaiarataki, artists, thinkers, scientists and activists.
