Renovation — Progress Update

We’re getting closer to bringing this outdoor space to life, and it’s exciting to see the design taking shape.

One of the key changes was increasing the pool to 7m x 3.5m, which has really strengthened the connection between the house and deck. It’s brought a much better sense of balance and usability to the space — perfect for entertaining and family time.

We’ve been refining the renders and layout, and can’t wait to see it all come together over the next few months.

Clean white forms, generous glazing, and refined screening bring a sense of lightness and privacy to the home, while strengthening its connection to the landscaped outdoor spaces. A considered update that feels fresh, elegant, and enduring.

Our Tauhinu Road renovation is officially underway. This one's all about transformation; an internal reconfiguration to reimagine how the home flows and functions, plus the ultimate addition: a pool. 🏊‍♀️

Clifftop Connection

Perched on a clifftop, this home connects deeply to its landscape. Spaces fold around an irregular site, embracing a central courtyard with outdoor dining and a swimming pool that draws in light and reflection. The eastern living wing captures panoramic views stretching along the Red Beach shoreline.

Native Pohutukawa trees and dramatic cliff face rock formations inspired the design from the very beginning. Natural stacked travertine stone contrasts against dark vertical timber, while a timber screen filters light and privacy at the entry. Here, architecture and landscape become one.

Williamson Ave - Exterior

A contemporary dwelling shaped by strong geometric form and a restrained material palette. Concrete volumes anchor the building, while vertical screening and generous glazing create rhythm, depth and filtered light. The architecture is complemented by layered landscaping that softens the built form and frames a series of intimate outdoor spaces.
