Seeking Business Partner or Manager – for our Gift Shop
We are looking for the right person to help lead and grow our well-established boutique store.
Our store has built a strong reputation for unique gifts, thoughtful merchandising and genuine customer connection. With an established bricks-and-mortar presence, loyal customer base and growing online potential, we are now exploring the possibility of bringing in a business partner, manager or future co-owner.
We are particularly interested in someone with strengths in areas such as:
• Retail management
• Visual merchandising
• Marketing and social media
• E-commerce growth
• Customer care
• Administration and organisation
• Financial or operational management
This opportunity could suit:
• An experienced retailer wanting more ownership and creative input
• Someone with strong business or marketing skills looking for a meaningful independent venture
• A practical and organised person who enjoys creating exceptional retail experiences
The right fit is more important than a fixed structure. We are open to discussing management, partnership or ownership opportunities with the right person to help take our popular store to the next level.
