🏡 Thanks to everyone of the 41 households that inquired, viewed or applied for our rental home. It's been a very busy few weeks.
We have now confirmed our new tenants and wish our previous tenants of 6yrs all the best with the move to their larger home.

My top tips are to be really proactive in your Initial communication. Don't use the automatic prompt questions eg can I have a viewing.....this is the Facebook marketplace equivalent of is this still available. Or can you tell me the dates available when they are written in the advert

CAN I HAVE A VIEWING?
I've got over 30 emails just asking this same sentence.
Due to not being allowed to ask for photo ID prior to viewings, we are not doing mass open homes while tenants still occupy their homes. Therefore, viewings are only by invited appointment, to co-ordinate a time for all of our timetables to align, when you email or inquire, let us know what days/times suit your household to view, so I don't' have to keep emailing back.
WHEN IS THE HOUSE AVAILABLE - this is another repeated question - it does say on the advert - The home is available from approx 22 July/ later in July/1st week August, after the current tenant has moved out, after the carpets, drapes are cleaned and dry and any maintenance completed.
