It’s been a while between posts, but work hasn’t stopped for the new season about to start.
Tho a new favourite pass time (hanging out with my little girl) has taken shed time down a notch the cars are all but ready.
The old superstock has finally left to a new home in Wanganui.
Stockcars had a big steel tidy up, diff head is being fixed at the moment, Paint the chassis and a check over it’ll be ready to go. Other than a new bonnet the car will be looking the same.
The superstock tho, that’s had a huge going over. Pulling virtually every bit off, checking fixing or replacing it. Heap of steel work a new bonnet wing and body. That’s been painted and ready for sign writing.
On the sign writing, Rick from George hospitality group (Speedway Garage) has generously come on board this year in a big way. Teaming up with him has the superstock a fresh new colour and design to tie into the other main Speedway Garage car, stockcar 48p Josh Mulcahy. A Trailer wrap, Custom overalls and merch. Designed and supplied wickedly by Rapid Lab, with Sign fusion to work his magic.
Really excited to bring this to life in the coming weeks!
A few plans for the season sees us put our name down for superstock teams. Plan is to head to both classes NZ champs. And a couple other national meetings in both. But mainly the stockcar plan is just Race battle of the stocks, Manawatu champs, Robin Pratt memorial and a select few other local stockcar meetings focusing primarily on the superstock.

Thanks to your support over the past four years, we’ve grown beyond our original name. What started as one idea has evolved into something much bigger, and it became clear it was time for a brand that better reflects the full scope of what we do.
