Here at the Rams Netball, we are all about supporting business both in region and out of region.

Introducing….. Riecovery.

Riee works with high profile athletes in professional and international rugby, including Super Rugby, as well as professional football, HYROX and other high-performance sports. Riee doesn’t just offer a standard massage, she specialises in recovery and hands-on treatment tailored to your body, what is bothering you and what you want to achieve.

So, if your knees, ankles, calves, hips or back are feeling the effects of training and playing—or you simply want to look after your body and recover properly—I really recommend booking in with her.

Depending on what you need, her treatments can include sports and therapeutic massage, dry needling, cupping, trigger-point therapy, joint mobilisation and other soft-tissue techniques.

We’ve been fortunate to have Riee based alongside us for some time, and I have had a few sessions with her for my knee and my back.
