Baby Rats Avaliable! Scruffians Rattery has babies ready to move out at the end of next month. There will be boys and girls available from 3 different litters (DOB: 02/08, 02/08, and 12/08) who will be ready to move out on or after the 25th of September and 7th of October. There are a few different colours and markings...

I've ended up with three(!!) Accidental litters. In my 10 years of breeding I've only had two other unplanned litters so to have three at once feels like a big disaster. The babies are so cute though, and while they weren't from planned pairings they do have nice healthy parents from nice healthy families so they should go on to live good lives.

I'll send out an email to my waitlist this weekend so keep an eye out if you're looking for some little furry friends.

This floofy cloud is Tiger. He's a bit of a homebody and I think he puts up with his human family more than actually enjoys us, but he's so sweet with the young rats and is a calm lovely lump with all his rat buddies.

Here's Lemon, my son's most precious boy. He's chief babysitter and takes care of all the little boys when they move away from their mums and he does such a good job. He's a real treasure

These 3 handsome chaps are Running Bear (with his butt to the camera), Arrow, and Onyx. Bear and Arrow were last minute keepers - I still can't believe I nearly sent them to a pet home - they are 2 of my favs and Arrow in particular is such a glorious good looking big boy. Onyx is from Winnie's Rattery and is uncle to Oplaite's little ones.

This pretty trio are my youngest girlies - 2 from Moth's litter (Velvet Mousse and Vienna Waltz) and one from Maggie's litter (Xylograph)

I had my big camera out for the first time in ages so I got some pics of my younger ones. These 2 are called TipToe and Tumbleweed and they're sisters though they're quite different in looks as well as personality. Tiptoe is the black vari girl and she's a confident busy little lady just like her mum. Her sister Tumbleweed took more after her dad and is a bit of a squishy lump.
