That’s a wrap on the 2026 season

And what a season it has been for the Upper Clutha Rams.

2026 saw the Rams proudly defending the White Horse Cup in its 100th year, Central Otago Championship and finishing with a 3rd Otago Countrywide championship in a row. It’s been a season full of great rugby, great memories and plenty of celebrations along the way.

A special congratulations to those who reached some incredible milestones throughout the season Jake Burtenshaw, Alonso Avalos Guarda reaching 50 games, Lachie Garrick and Oliver Stirling bringing up 100 appearances, and Matty Templeton reaching an amazing 150 appearances for the Upper Clutha Rams.

To all the players, coaches, management, volunteers, supporters and everyone behind the scenes thank you. The commitment, time and effort that goes into a season like this doesn’t go unnoticed, and the Rams wouldn’t be what they are without each and every one of you.

To the boys moving on after this season, thank you for everything you have given to the Rams jersey. We wish you all the very best for whatever comes next.

And to the boys coming back in 2027 we can’t wait to see what the next chapter brings.
