A yellow craze that wont last long! Savouring the moment while it lasts 🤭 kūmarahou flowers.
September is such an exciting time for us, it starts to warm up and our kūmarahou plants remind us of this change by producing their extravagant flower display😁.
Over the next week the bright yellow flower buds will change into large bunches of bushy vibrant yellow flowers.

Today we are sowing kūmarahou seed, next week it will be mānuka.

Our kawakawa plants have a pretty good start in life-growing up under big brother mānuka 😆 we simply move the kawakawa plants into their own area when they are ready.
