This is one of the most relaxing places I found in Muscat. Great to come and spend sometime outside and enjoy nature. The park is free and open to anyone but you can’t bring fire or gas or anything like that. So if you’re thinking of brewing coffee or making tea, it’s best to make it beforehand and bring.

Oman is unlike any other country in the Middle East and honestly before coming here I had never heard much about it. But now I don’t think I’ll find myself feeling this comfortable and peaceful anywhere else 🥹🇴🇲

The first time I saw these date trees up close I was shocked. All my life in Sri Lanka I’ve eaten dates, it was a must during Ramadan and sometimes you’ll get date cakes served at basically every house you visit during Eid. But to see where it all comes from was surreal 🥺
