These portraits were taken 5 years ago.
Back then, I edited everything in a very different way… my “safe style.”
But today, I decided to revisit them and try something new.
Different tones, different feeling… stepping out of my comfort zone.
I guess sometimes, growth is just looking back… and choosing to see things differently.

Two days. One shot.
We left Cusco and drove 4 hours into the mountains.
Arrived late, slept just 3 hours… then started hiking at 3AM.
The altitude hit hard with almost no acclimatization.
But we kept going. Step by step.
And then… we made it.
This light.
This silence.
This moment made everything worth it.
We shot all afternoon, pushed limits, then drove back to Cusco.
This is what real photo journeys feel like.

But we kept going. Step by step. Breath by breath.
And then… we made it.
This moment.
This light.
This silence in the mountains.
We stayed, we shot, we enjoyed every second of it.
A full day creating, pushing limits, and making it worth it.
Then… straight back to Cusco.
This is what these photo journeys are about. Real adventure. Real effort. Real reward.
