La Federación Mundial de las Artes, la Literatura, la Educación, la Paz y la Cultura (FEMALPC) y la Organización Mundial de Altos Estudios y Desarrollo Integral (OMAEDI) otorgan el Premio Mundial Mario Vargas Llosa como un reconocimiento internacional totalmente gratuito.
El Premio está orientado a la evaluación y reconocimiento de organizaciones donantes, considerando sus aportes, trayectoria, compromiso y contribución al desarrollo de iniciativas de impacto social, cultural, educativo y humanitario.
FEMALPC y OMAEDI asumen la responsabilidad de desarrollar el proceso de evaluación y otorgar el reconocimiento, buscando que la distinción se sustente en méritos, trayectoria y aportes verificables.

The World Federation of Arts, Literature, Education, Peace and Culture (FEMALPC) and the World Organization of Higher Studies and Integral Development (OMAEDI) grant the Mario Vargas Llosa World Award as an international recognition that is completely free of charge.
The Award is intended for the evaluation and recognition of donor organizations, taking into consideration their contributions, track record, commitment, and involvement in the development of initiatives with social, cultural, educational, and humanitarian impact.
FEMALPC and OMAEDI assume responsibility for carrying out the evaluation process and granting the recognition, seeking to ensure that the distinction is based on merit, track record, and verifiable contributions.

La Federación Mundial de las Artes, la Literatura, la Educación, la Paz y la Cultura – FEMALPC anuncia oficialmente la presentación del Premio Internacional “Omar José Herrera Marcano – Al Mérito, Liderazgo y Trayectoria Internacional”, una distinción creada para reconocer en vida a personas cuya trayectoria, méritos, liderazgo y contribuciones hayan dejado una huella significativa en los ámbitos académico, cultural, educativo, artístico, literario, social y de cooperación internacional.
UN PREMIO PARA RECONOCER A LAS PERSONAS EN VIDA
FEMALPC considera que los grandes aportes de una persona no deben esperar a que ya no esté presente para ser reconocidos. Por ello, este Premio Internacional nace con el propósito de valorar públicamente la trayectoria de personas destacadas mientras se encuentran en vida, permitiéndoles recibir personalmente el reconocimiento y compartir este momento con sus familias, instituciones y comunidades.
OTORGAMIENTO TOTALMENTE GRATUITO
El Premio Internacional será entregado de manera totalmente gratuita a todas las personas que sean seleccionadas y declaradas merecedoras de esta importante distinción. La gratuidad forma parte del carácter honorífico del reconocimiento y significa que las personas seleccionadas no deberán realizar ningún pago para recibir el Premio Internacional.
El Premio no constituye un producto comercial ni una distinción que pueda adquirirse mediante pago. Su otorgamiento corresponde exclusivamente a la decisión institucional de FEMALPC, sobre la base de los méritos, trayectoria, liderazgo, aportes y contribuciones de las personas consideradas para el reconocimiento.
SELECCIÓN Y RECONOCIMIENTO
Las personas reconocidas serán seleccionadas por FEMALPC en consideración a la relevancia de su trayectoria y a los aportes realizados a la sociedad, procurando que cada homenaje constituya un reconocimiento auténtico a una vida de trabajo, compromiso y contribución.
Asimismo, el reconocimiento se realizará con conocimiento y autorización del homenajeado, dejando constancia documental del acto y respetando su voluntad de participar en la distinción.

The World Federation of the Arts, Literature, Education, Peace and Culture – FEMALPC officially announces the presentation of the International Award “Omar José Herrera Marcano – For Merit, Leadership and International Career Achievement”, a distinction created to recognize, during their lifetime, individuals whose careers, merits, leadership and contributions have left a significant impact in the academic, cultural, educational, artistic, literary, social and international cooperation fields.
AN AWARD TO RECOGNIZE PEOPLE DURING THEIR LIFETIME
FEMALPC believes that a person's significant contributions should not have to wait until they are no longer present to be recognized. Therefore, this International Award was created with the purpose of publicly honoring the careers of outstanding individuals while they are still alive, allowing them to personally receive the recognition and share this meaningful moment with their families, institutions and communities.
COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE
The International Award will be presented completely free of charge to all individuals who are selected and declared deserving of this important distinction. This free-of-charge nature is part of the honorary character of the recognition and means that selected recipients will not be required to make any payment to receive the International Award.
The Award is not a commercial product or a distinction that can be purchased through payment. Its conferral is exclusively based on the institutional decision of FEMALPC, taking into consideration the merits, career, leadership, achievements and contributions of the individuals considered for recognition.
SELECTION AND RECOGNITION
The recipients will be selected by FEMALPC based on the significance of their careers and their contributions to society, with the aim of ensuring that each tribute represents an authentic recognition of a lifetime of work, commitment and contribution.
Likewise, the recognition will be carried out with the knowledge and authorization of the honoree, with documentary evidence of the act being maintained and the individual's willingness to participate in the distinction being fully respected.
A RECOGNITION THAT TRANSCENDS
The “Omar José Herrera Marcano” International Award seeks to become a symbol of gratitude and recognition for those who, through their work and dedication, have contributed to the development of culture, the arts, literature, education, knowledge, society and cooperation among peoples.
