Client now wanted to repaint the bed frame to match the laminated board the same way we matched the bunk bed.
My original proposal was to change the design of the bed frame pero since bago, nanghihinayang si client sa gastos.
But the bed frame now is out of place.
Abangan ang turnover!

Why we don’t spec MDF for high-end interiors 👇
✅ It’s cost-effective — but that’s where the perks end
❌ Swells when exposed to moisture
❌ Can’t hold fine edge details like solid wood
❌ Lacks the weight, grain, and warmth of premium materials
MDF has its place — just not at the top tier of interior design.
We rarely use led strip lights.
Mahina. It’s not functional.
It’s more for decorative lights.
Steal the kind of light we used for the headboard wall in the bunk bed.

Bedroom 2 Issues
Maling location ng AC and lights nakatutok sa taong nakahiga.
Nakakatisod na paa ung hagdan.
Uneven paint sa double deck and rough edges sa hagdan.
Main concern din ni client is madilim ung bunk bed.
Limitations
Since bago palang ung bahay and bunk bed, ayaw na ni client palitan.
2nd image is before D Designs.
3rd image is the inspiration ni client na ginaya but hindi na achieve based sa 2nd image.
I did not copy the 3rd image because it’s heavy tignan and hindi mgbbounce ung light.

Near turnover.
2nd image is the original design and layout of the bunk bed.
She then decided to go for our suggested bunk bed design and layout.
This is her future vacation home and a rental property as she currently live in Manila.

The worst mistake when aiming for a luxury vibe?
Automatically choosing 60x60 tiles.
It’s practical.
It’s modern universal.
It’s affordable.
Which is exactly why it feels generic in a high-end context.

Original limitation is to keep the bunk bed kasi nanghihinayang si client since bago pa sila.
The original design of the bunk is very problematic.
May space in between bunk bed and window kasi tumatama sa beam. Check the comment for the link of the video.
Along the way, ng agree si client na baguhin nalang ung bunk bed.
