APPSAA 2026

Ginanap ngayong umaga ang Opening Ceremonies ng Angono Public and Private Schools Athletic Association (APPSAA) 2026 sa Angono National High School.

Nagtipon ang labinlimang paaralan; elementarya at sekundarya, dito sa bayan ng Angono para sa taunang sports event na ito, na naglalayong palakasin ang mga kabataang Angono sa larangan ng sports. Dito rin magmumula ang mga kakatawan sa Angono sa darating na Provincial Meet 2026.

Present ang mga school heads, coaches, trainers, at mga batang atleta. Naroon din sina Konsehal Ivan Jeyo Ang at ASC Manager JM Malinay na kumatawan sa ating Punongbayan Gerry Calderon at Pangalawang Punongbayan Jeri Mae Calderon.

Mabuhay ang mga kabataang atleta ng bayan!

GOVERNOR’S CUP

Nagtapos na nga ng tuluyan ang laban ng ating sa Rizal Intertown Basketball Tournament, matapos mabigo kahapon sa defending champion na Binangonan.

Bagamat nabigo, ay hindi naman binigyan ng madaling laban ng ating mga manlalaro ang kalabang team. Hindi nagpaiwan at nagpatambak ang ating Angono Giants pagdating sa iskor.
Binigyan nila ng isang magandang laro ang mga manonood na sadyang nag-abang sa tapatang ito.

Lumitaw ang husay at galing ng ating mga manlalaro; nagpakitang gilas sina Joshua Sulit, Allen Reyes, at Jesie Sabayo. Lumaban at dumipensa sina Adrian Cayat, Jekyll Cadeliña at Sai Mangotara. Napahiyaw naman ang Ynares Center sa lakas nina Wally Sanvictores, Westlie Casio at Dairick Duterte; kasama pa ang kanilang teammates na sina Keno Teodocio, Margarito Dohenio, Paul Gonzales, Vic Balili at Jay-R Espanto.
Nagpakita ng puso at determinasyon ang buong team sa pamumuno nina ASC Basketball Commissioner J*p Dayag at Head Coach Teyron Hermoso, kaakibat ang tulong at palagiang suporta nina MPar SK Chairman Maxxine Faustino, Konsehal Ivan Ang, Coach Glen Cadeliña at Kuya James Comia.

Maaring hindi nagtagumpay ang ating Giants hanggang dulo, pero sa kanilang mga naging laban ay maraming grupo din ang pinadapa at maraming bayan ang kanilang tinalo. Ika nga, “I never lose. I either win or learn” at sa kanilang mga naging laban ay siguradong marami silang natutunan.
