✨ I prefer sitting by the window sa isang cafe kasi gusto ko yung tulaley na nakatingin sa labas habang nagkakape. Haha! I love the tulaley moments. 😅 So yeah I painted a cafe scene and this is called "Window Seat". 🪟🪑.

I started this painting feeling so happy with the background hanggang sa ginawa ko na yung cafe.
Hindi talaga ako happy sa proportions, so I decided to cover everything with gesso and start again. Nakakalungkot and frustrating but I knew the painting could be better.
And yes, the 2nd attempt was just right. Buti na lang I took a photo of the first one, because I was still able to turn it into a little bookmark. So technically, hindi naman siya nasayang.
Sometimes, a painting doesn’t work out the way we imagined and that’s okay. We can always start again. And maybe, the failed art can still become something useful.
