𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐂𝐄 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐆𝐎𝐓 𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐄𝐑‼️

The 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹 is officially implementing a 𝗤𝗥-𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 for Engineering students during organizational, College, and University-wide events.

Through a QR code linked to an official Google Form, students can conveniently record their attendance by providing their 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. This system provides a centralized and reliable record of attendance and participation while reducing manual work, errors, duplicate entries, and lost records.

The system will also support attendance 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀.
