𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐂𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: This station, spearheaded by 𝗙𝗖𝗦𝗨𝗣𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗗𝗪𝗜𝗡 𝗠 𝗦𝗔𝗟𝗔𝗭𝗔𝗥, Regional Director, BFP Region 3, under the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐂 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐃𝐎 𝐉𝐑., 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal, and with the guidance of our Bacolor Fire Marshal, 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐉𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐙, Municipal Fire Marshal, actively participated in the Friday Flag Retreat Ceremony held in front of the Bacolor Municipal Hall as part of the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP)’s 7-Day Mode of Activities.

The solemn ceremony served as a meaningful reminder of the honor, respect, and reverence accorded to the Philippine flag, while reinforcing the core values of discipline, patriotism, unity, integrity, and dedication to public service among BFP personnel.

Through this ceremonial observance, the personnel reaffirmed their commitment to uphold the ideals and values represented by the national flag and to carry these principles into the performance of their duties. It likewise strengthened their shared sense of responsibility and dedication to protecting lives, safeguarding communities, and serving the public with professionalism, courage, and unwavering commitment.

This station, spearheaded by 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐄, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Acting Regional Director, BFP Region 3, under the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐂 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐃𝐎 𝐉𝐑., 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal, and with the guidance of our Bacolor Fire Marshal, 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐉𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐙, Municipal Fire Marshal, participated in the Daily Skills Program focused on Coupling Connection Techniques, providing hands-on training in the proper connection, handling, and securing of fire hose couplings for efficient water delivery during firefighting operations.

Through practical drills, personnel enhanced their proficiency in coupling techniques while reinforcing proper handling, safety, coordination, and teamwork.

This activity supports the Station’s continuous efforts to strengthen firefighting skills, improve operational efficiency, and maintain personnel readiness in responding to fire and other emergency incidents.

The activity promoted camaraderie, teamwork, cooperation, and stress management, while fostering a healthy and supportive working environment. It also strengthened personnel morale, teamwork, and readiness in delivering quality public service.

Personnel of the Bacolor Fire Station pearheaded by 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐄, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Acting Regional Director, BFP Region 3, under the supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐎 𝐂 𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐕𝐀𝐃𝐎 𝐉𝐑., 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal, and with the guidance of our Bacolor Fire Marshal, 𝐅𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐉𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐋 𝐄 𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐙, Municipal Fire Marshal, participated in the Weekly Skills Program focused on the proper techniques for donning and doffing personal protective equipment (PPE). The activity provided personnel with hands-on training and practical exercises to develop their proficiency in correctly and safely putting on and removing PPE.

Through repeated practice, personnel enhanced their skills, familiarity, and confidence in the proper use, handling, and maintenance of PPE. The activity also emphasized the importance of following established procedures to ensure personnel safety and prevent contamination during and after firefighting operations.

This activity forms part of the Station’s continuing efforts to enhance personnel proficiency, strengthen firefighting capabilities, promote operational safety, and maintain a high level of readiness in responding to fire and other emergency incidents.

San Vicente, Bacolor, Pampanga.

Together with the local government and partner stakeholders, BFP Bacolor personnel came together to plant trees and contribute to the continuous efforts toward environmental protection, conservation, and the creation of a greener and healthier community. 🌿

Beyond our commitment to fire prevention and public safety, we also recognize the importance of protecting our environment. Every tree planted today is a step toward a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future for the people of Bacolor. 🌏💚
