Through the steadfast leadership of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐄, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Acting Regional Director, BFP Region 3, with the direct supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐎 𝐒 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐍, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal of Bataan, and through the leadership of SFO4 Richard B Gantang, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, Personnel of this Station warmly welcome the newly assigned personnel, FO3 Mark Sheen M Mandocdoc to Bagac Fire Station. His assignment marks a valuable addition to the Station's workforce as we continue to strengthen our commitment to delivering efficient, reliable, and responsive fire protection and emergency services to the community.

Upon his arrival, FO3 Mandocdoc rendered a courtesy call to our OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, SFO4 Richard B Gantang, as a gesture of respect, courtesy, and professionalism prior to formally assuming his duties at the Station. The visit signifies his commitment to the Bureau's core values and his readiness to contribute to the Station's mission of providing quality public service.

Through the steadfast leadership of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐓𝐄, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Acting Regional Director, BFP Region 3, with the direct supervision of 𝐅𝐒𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 𝐄𝐑𝐍𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐎 𝐒 𝐏𝐀𝐆𝐃𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐀𝐍𝐀𝐍, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Provincial Fire Marshal of Bataan, and through the leadership of SFO4 Richard B Gantang, OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal, Personnel of this Station conducted a skills enhancement activity focusing on Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

This Skills Enhancement Program focused on Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and First Aid, emphasizing the proper application of bandaging techniques and the correct use of blood pressure (BP) monitoring as essential components of pre-hospital emergency care. The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge, technical skills, and practical competencies of personnel in the proper assessment, monitoring, and stabilization of patients during medical emergencies. Through hands-on demonstrations and practical application, participants strengthened their proficiency in delivering safe, effective, and timely emergency medical interventions. This initiative further reinforces the Bureau of Fire Protection's commitment to developing a highly competent, well-trained, and response-ready emergency response workforce capable of providing quality pre-hospital care during emergencies.

Sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Acting Regional Director FSSUPT BERNARD T ROSETE, DSC, nagsagawa ang pangkat na pinangunahan ni FCINSP SHEILA MARIE C CARLOS, Chief, Administrative Division, kasama ang ilang tauhan ng BFP Regional Office 3, ng Annual Inventory at Headcount ng mga aktibong kawani, pensiyonado, at survivors ng BFP sa Lalawigan ng Aurora.

Isinagawa ang aktibidad sa pakikipagtulungan ng Aurora BFP Provincial Office, sa pangunguna ni FSUPT MARIA LEAH A SAJILI, Provincial Fire Marshal, bilang bahagi ng patuloy na pagpapanatili ng tumpak at napapanahong talaan ng mga kawani, pensiyonado, at mga benepisyaryo ng Bureau of Fire Protection.

Nagsagawa si Acting Regional Director, FSSUPT BERNARD T ROSETE, DSC ng biglaang inspeksiyon sa 911 Satellite Command Center ng BFP Region 3 upang tiyakin ang kahandaan ng mga tauhan, maayos na operasyon ng pasilidad, at pagiging handa ng mga communication at monitoring systems sa oras ng mga emergencies.

𝗕𝗙𝗣 𝗥𝗘𝗚𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟯, 𝗡𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗔𝗛𝗢𝗞 𝗦𝗔 𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗬 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗘𝗫𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘

Sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Acting Regional Director FSSUPT BERNARD T ROSETE, DSC, lumahok si FSUPT MICHELLE H. SICAT, Chief, Finance Management Division bilang instructor; kasama ang mga piling personnel ng BFP Region 3, sa Emergency Operations Center Executive Course (EOCEC).

Layunin ng pagsasanay na higit pang palakasin ang kakayahan ng mga kalahok sa pamamahala at koordinasyon ng Emergency Operations Center (EOC) upang matiyak ang mas mabilis, organisado, at epektibong pagtugon sa mga sakuna at iba pang emerhensiya.
