The 𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔 cadets unitedly review their past lessons for the first semester as their Semestral Examination approaches. This serves as a reflection, reminding cadets how the past training days have provided insightful lessons to each individual.

After the review session, the cadets performed basic military drills, continuing to enhance their coordination, presence of mind, and proper ex*****on. As they continue to march, noticeable improvement is seen with every passing training day.

𝐂𝐃𝐓/𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐡𝐧 𝐓𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐞, 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬, 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔, participated in the 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐲 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝟕𝐈𝐃 (𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝟕) 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐚𝐲𝐬𝐚𝐲, 𝐍𝐮𝐞𝐯𝐚 𝐄𝐜𝐢𝐣𝐚.

The leadership development program brought together ROTC student leaders for a series of activities designed to strengthen their leadership capabilities, judgment, and resilience. Participants were introduced to the three fundamental Army leadership attributes of character, presence, and intellect, alongside practical lessons on leading with integrity, confidence, professionalism, and sound decision-making.

Through his participation, 𝐂𝐃𝐓/𝐋𝐓𝐂 𝐓𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐞 gained valuable leadership experiences and insights that can be carried forward in his role as Corps Commander, further strengthening his ability to lead, guide, and serve the cadets of ASCOT ROTCU.

The 𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔 spent the day strengthening the fundamentals through a series of basic military drills, focusing on proper movements, coordination, and ex*****on.

Under the supervision of 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐒𝐠𝐭. 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞 (𝐑𝐄𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, cadets continuously practiced and refined their movements throughout the training, emphasizing discipline, coordination, and precision.

Alongside the day's training, the cadets were also given the opportunity to listen to 𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐥 𝐃. 𝐂𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐧 (𝐐𝐌𝐒) 𝐏𝐀, an 𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔 𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧i 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟖–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐, who paid a sudden visit to the unit.

Having once trained in the very same halls as a cadet, he shared insights and guidance on the importance of continuing to pursue the military career path and making the most of the foundation built through ROTC. His words offered the cadets a meaningful, firsthand perspective on the possibilities that may lie ahead — a living example of where the training can lead.

The day's activities served as a reminder that every aspect of ROTC—from the smallest movement in a drill to the lessons shared by those who have walked the path before—contributes to the development of disciplined, capable, and service-oriented cadets.

In support of the 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐩 (𝐈𝐂𝐂) 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, the 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 (𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔) participated in a coastal clean-up activity led by the 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐧𝐯𝐢𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞 at 𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨 𝐂𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐙𝐚𝐛𝐚𝐥𝐢, 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐫, 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚.

ASCOT ROTCU joined hands with various agencies and community partners, demonstrating that caring for the environment is a shared responsibility. Their active involvement promoted cleanliness and environmental sustainability while fostering discipline, teamwork, and responsibility. Together, they worked in unity toward environmental stewardship.

The activity highlighted the importance of cleaner coastlines, not only for the protection and conservation of our coastal and marine resources but also as a shared purpose for everyone.

The training day commenced with an enlightening lecture by 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟 𝐒𝐠𝐭. 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞 about 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲. The cadets proceeded to enact what they have learned and went into Pass and Review.

The training day continued to hone the skills of the cadets. As the cadets marched it served as a training ground to hone their skills , showcasing their coordination, precision, sharp focus and practiced discipline.

Refined leaders are a product of consistent training. 🫡🇵🇭

Cadet officers performed accounting of personnel and a series of physical exercises aimed at strengthening endurance, physical strength, and mental readiness. Followed by clean-up activities in the area, showcasing that responsibility requires action.

The 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 (𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔) successfully conducted its 𝟏𝟏𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 for the 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. The day began with an insightful lecture on 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞, led by 𝐂𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐣𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐞𝐧𝐚 𝐋𝐲𝐧 𝐐 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐨. The discussion emphasized the significance of proper greetings and saluting as essential marks of courtesy.

This was followed by another insightful discussion on 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, led by 𝐂/𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐉𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐀𝐧𝐧 𝐃 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐞, 𝐂/𝟏𝐋𝐓 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐓 𝐆𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐳, and 𝐂/𝟐𝐋𝐓 𝐑𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐧 𝐁 𝐄𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐬. The session served as a reminder to the unit that humility and character know no gender boundaries.

The training day proceeded to the Pass and Review. Under the guidance of their cadet officers, the cadets showcased persistence, unwavering focus, and discipline, executing their drills despite the blistering heat of the sun.

The 𝐀𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐭 (𝐀𝐒𝐂𝐎𝐓 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂𝐔)successfully conducted its 𝟏𝟎𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 for the 𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫. The day began with an insightful lecture on 𝐌𝐚𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠, led by 𝐒𝐒𝐆 𝐀𝐥𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐛𝐚𝐧. The discussion emphasized the critical importance of map reading and proper map orientation.

The training then proceeded to the Manual of Arms, where cadets were taught the proper handling, ex*****on, and discipline of r***e movements. This exercise showcased their coordination, precision, and sharp focus.
