BPLO Baler participated in the 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝘂𝗺 held on August 3, 2026, at the Senator Edgardo J. Angara Convention Center, Baler, Aurora.

With the theme "𝙉𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙛𝙩: 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙍𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙩 & 𝙁𝙪𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙚-𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮 𝙈𝙎𝙈𝙀𝙨" the forum brought together government agencies, local government units, and business stakeholders to discuss strategies and innovations that will strengthen the MSME sector.

The participation of BPLO Baler underscores the Local Government Unit's commitment to fostering a business-friendly environment, enhancing public service delivery, and supporting the growth and resilience of local enterprises.

BALER, Aurora – The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Baler has successfully completed its 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 covering all 13 barangays of the municipality from March to July 2026, reaffirming its commitment to responsible governance, transparency, and a business-friendly environment.

The inspection initiative was carried out by the 𝗟𝗚𝗨 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺, a multi-agency group composed of representatives from the𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗕𝗣𝗟𝗢), 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗠𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 (𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗥𝗢), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Through close inter-office coordination, the team conducted comprehensive inspections to ensure that business establishments comply with existing national laws and local ordinances.

According to the Business Inspection Report, a total of 1,536 business establishments were inspected across the municipality, with 530 Notices Issued to establishments requiring compliance with specific regulatory requirements. The inspections focused on verifying business permits, fire safety measures, sanitation standards, environmental compliance, structural safety, and other operational requirements necessary to protect both entrepreneurs and the public.

The municipality's inspection campaign forms part of the governance agenda of 𝗠𝗮𝘆𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗵𝗲𝘁𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗻 𝗧. 𝗔𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗮, whose administration continues to promote good governance, accountability, transparency, and efficient public service. By strengthening regulatory compliance while assisting business owners in meeting legal requirements, the program aims to foster a safe, orderly, and sustainable business environment throughout Baler.

The initiative also supports the implementation of the E𝗘𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟬𝟭𝟴 (𝗥𝗲𝗽𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗔𝗰𝘁 𝗡𝗼. 𝟭𝟭𝟬𝟯𝟮), which encourages streamlined government processes while ensuring that businesses operate in accordance with applicable standards. LGU Baler remains committed to balancing efficient service delivery with effective regulatory enforcement, creating an environment where businesses can thrive while safeguarding public welfare.

LGU Baler encourages all business owners to continuously comply with national regulations and municipal ordinances, emphasizing that compliance is a shared responsibility that contributes to economic growth, consumer protection, and the overall development of the municipality.
