Today, we want to take a moment to appreciate and thank you for everything you do for us. Thank you for your patience, understanding, guidance, and for the effort you give every day just to help us learn and become better students.

Being a teacher is not easy. It takes time, dedication, and a lot of patience, especially when dealing with students who can sometimes be noisy, stubborn, or makulit. 😭😂 But despite all of that, you continue to teach us, remind us, and encourage us to do our best.

More than the lessons written on the board, we appreciate the life lessons, advice, and encouragement you share with us. Your words and efforts may seem simple at times, but they can make a big difference in a student’s life.

We may not always say it, but we truly appreciate you, Sir Nin. Thank you for believing in us, for guiding us when we need direction, and for being part of our journey as students.

May you continue to inspire more students and make a difference through your passion for teaching. We are grateful for all the time, effort, and patience you give to us.

STEM 12 OPAL : Acid-Base Titrations with Rural-Available Alternatives

Sometimes, we think that doing a science experiment requires expensive materials. But our experiment proved that it doesn't.

We are Grade 12 STEM OPAL and since we live in a rural area, finding the usual materials for an acid-base titration was a challenge. Instead of giving up, we looked around us and realized that the province of Bayog is rich in the natural resources it owns. So why not make use of the very own Mayana, Turmeric, Gumamela, and Calamansi that surround us, right?

Every team observed the starting colors, measured the base, and watched the colors change right before our eyes. It was a simple experiment, but it gave us so much joy and reminded us that learning doesn't depend on having the best equipment.

This experience taught each one of us that the lack of materials should never stop a curious student from learning. Let's continue exploring, experimenting, and discovering this amazing world together.
