2. Payment may be paid in full or in installments which is up to the discretion of our Computer Help Online technicians. We use PayPal for our payment portal

3. Refund policy: Due to the nature of our business, Refunds may not be given. You may cancel our subscription service within 14 days but will not be entitled to a refund for the days unused.

4. Appointments may be used but will have to be given two days in advance.

5. We operate on a deposit policy where if Computer Help Online is unable to respond to your request in due time. We will refund your payment in full.

6. You do not pay for the services that Computer Help Online may perform, but for the Technicians time and such that if the Technician is unable to resolve your problem. We will be unable to provide you with a refund.
