We are incredibly proud to share that one of our very own Computer Studies Program faculty member, Mr. Jhay Lauzon, recently presented an exhibit at the ALT+TAB Festival 2026, held last June 20-21, 2026 at the SMX Convention Center! 🚀

As part of the spin-off indie game studio Night Owl Games, Sir Jhay showcased their locally developed title, HINUMDUMI. With DOST proudly serving as an event partner for the festival, the team was specially invited by DOST CARAGA to exhibit their work directly at the official DOST booth, representing our region's incredible talent and innovation in the tech and creative industries! 🌟

Get ready for a chilling experience! HINUMDUMI is an immersive horror game where players are tasked with a seemingly simple errand: buying items from local stores. The catch? A terrifying, lurking creature is watching your every move and eventually chases you down! 🏃‍♂️💨🛒

The ALT+TAB Festival celebrates the intersection of Science, Technology, and Innovation with Filipino creativity in game development and digital arts. Seeing our faculty and local developers featured at the DOST booth on such a massive stage proves that Father Urios University and our regional creators are ready to compete on a global scale! 🇵🇭✨
