Today was disappointing.

A client reached out to us, arranged a meeting, and confirmed the time and place. We prepared, adjusted our schedule, and made sure everything was ready. We showed up as agreed—only to wait and realize that the client wasn’t coming.

What makes this difficult is not just the missed meeting. It’s the time, effort, and commitment that went into preparing for it. As a small business, every appointment matters.
