𝐁𝐞𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐝: 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡, 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 🌿

Deadlines. Exams. Work. Emails. Group projects. “Quick meeting lang” pero umabot ng dalawang oras. 😭😂

Minsan, sa sobrang busy natin sa grind, nakakalimutan nating tao rin tayo. Napapagod, nao-overwhelm, at kailangan ding magpahinga.

In 1 Kings 19, Elijah reached a point where he was simply exhausted. And what did God do? He didn’t tell Elijah to “try harder.” He let him rest, eat, be honest, listen, and remember that he wasn’t alone.

Maybe we need that reminder too. 🤍

Rest is not laziness. Asking for help is not weakness. And slowing down doesn’t mean you’re falling behind.

Sometimes, we just need to disconnect from the noise so we can reconnect with God.

So Builders, pahinga rin. Matulog nang maayos. Mag-unplug muna. Pray. Talk to someone. And let God remind you that you don’t have to carry everything alone.

Hindi natin kailangang i-grind ang way natin through life. We’re meant to walk through it with God. 🙏🏻

What an incredible time we had at our youth CHUM Builders Online Worship! We went BACK TO BASIC and looked at the powerful blueprint of the early church in Acts 2:42-47. Thank you, everyone, who logged in, shared, and brought such great energy!

Here is a quick reminder of the three core pillars we challenged ourselves to live out this week:
1️⃣ Be Rooted in God's Word – Making scripture our daily foundation.
2️⃣ Make Prayer a Habit – Staying constantly connected to Him.
3️⃣ Be a Good Example – Shining our light brightly in our community.

Let’s not leave what we learned on the screen. Let’s live it out every single day! See you all at the next one!
