Isang makabuluhang umaga ang nasaksihan sa isinagawang Flag Ceremony ng mga mag-aaral ng Grade 1, kasama ang mga g**o, ang ating butihing Punongg**o IV, G. Gervacio B. De Guzman at ang ating bagong Guidance Associate na si Bb. Bernice C. Baun

Binigyang-diin ng ating Punongg**o sa kanyang mensahe ang “Kahalagahan ng Kalinisan ng Katawan.” Ipinaalala niya sa mga mag-aaral na ang pagpapanatili ng malinis na katawan ay mahalaga hindi lamang para sa kalusugan, kundi maging sa pagkakaroon ng tiwala sa sarili at mabuting pakikitungo sa kapwa.

Samantala, mainit namang ipinakilala ng ating bagong Guidance Associate ang guidance office bilang isang ligtas at bukas na lugar para sa lahat ng mag-aaral. Aniya:
“Ang guidance ay hindi lamang para sa mga batang may problemang dapat ayusin o solusyunan. Ito ay lugar kung saan maaari kang pumunta kung gusto mong magkuwento ng mga masasayang araw na nangyayari sa iyong buhay.”

Isang magandang paalala para sa ating mga munting mag-aaral na ang kalinisan ay bahagi ng pangangalaga sa sarili, at ang guidance ay tahanan ng pakikinig, pag-unawa, at malasakit.

RE-ORIENTATION OF GRADE 1 PARENTS ON THE REVISED CLASSROOM ASSESSMENT AND GRADING SYSTEM

Calamba Elementary School conducted a re-orientation for Grade 1 parents on the Revised Guidelines on Classroom Assessment, Grading System, and Awards and Recognition under DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026, with emphasis on the provisions for Key Stage 1.

The orientation aimed to strengthen parents’ understanding of how their children’s learning and progress are assessed, documented, and communicated under the revised policy.
Focus and Guiding Principles for Key Stage 1:
• Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP)
• Holistic Development, with emphasis on social-emotional development, literacy, and numeracy foundations
• Narrative Feedback and Portfolios over Scores
Together, let us understand assessment not simply as a measure of scores, but as a means of supporting every learner’s growth and development.

1ST TERM PARENTS’ SUMMIT – PRIMARY LEVEL

The Parents’ Summit provided an opportunity for parents to be informed about the performance and progress of our learners, the accomplishments of the school, and the future plans and programs aimed at further improving the quality of education and learner development.

During the report by Sir Doods, our School Principal, parents were given a glimpse of the school’s accomplishments, the achievements and development of our learners, and the initiatives being planned to address their needs and provide meaningful learning experiences. He also emphasized the stronger school–home partnership and teacher-parent partnership.

Through transparency, collaboration, and shared commitment, we continue to strengthen the partnership between the school and families.

At Calamba Elementary School, we remain committed to promoting our learners' health, nutrition, and well-being through the School-Based Feeding Program (SBFP).

Number of Beneficiaries: 945 learners
Cost per Beneficiary: ₱25.00 per meal
Menu: We follow the prescribed DepEd Cycle Menu to ensure that meals served are nutritious, balanced, and appropriate for our learners.

This transparency report reflects our commitment to accountability, responsible fund utilization, and openness in implementing the SBFP.
