ESCODA DAY: Her Legacy; Our Journey

In celebration of Escoda Day, we honor the life, vision, and enduring legacy of our Girl Scout founder, Josefa Llanes Escoda—a woman whose spirit of courage, leadership, and service continues to inspire generations of Girl Scouts.

This meaningful celebration brings our Junior Scouts together through activities that embody the values she stood for:

Tree Planting – nurturing nature and caring for our environment
Quiz Bee – showcasing knowledge, confidence, and teamwork
Poster Making – expressing creativity and meaningful messages
Clean-Up Drive – turning service into action for a cleaner community
Symposium – learning, sharing ideas, and strengthening awareness

Buong karangalan ipinapakilala ng School-Parent Association (SPTA) ang tunay na ehemplo ng dedikasyon sa Mapagong Elementary School si Ms. Norlita C. Espada

Siya ay isang G**o na naglilingkod ng buong puso at nagbibigay ng buong serbisyong beyong the call of duty Para sa kanyang mag- aaral. Hindi lamang sa silid-paaralan kundi maging sa kanyang kapwa G**o at sa buong pamayanan, patuloy niyang ibinabahagi ang kanyang oras, panahon at talento. Siya ang buhay na patunay at bagong pamantayan ng isang totoong CHAmpiong Teacher ng Calamba!

A Successful 2nd Parents’ Summit and Card Viewing!

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to all our dear parents, guardians, PTA Officers and Barangay officials who took the time to attend and actively participate in our 2nd Parents’ Summit and Card Viewing earlier today. Your presence, support, and commitment to the education and welfare of our learners made these activities a success.

Mapagong Elementary School warmly invites all parents and guardians to attend our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conference (PTC) with our new School Principal. This gathering will be a meaningful opportunity to meet our new school leader, strengthen our partnership between home and school, and discuss matters concerning the education, development, and well-being of our learners.

Following the Parent-Teacher Conference, Card Viewing will also be conducted, giving parents and guardians the opportunity to review their child’s academic progress, accomplishments, and areas for improvement together with their respective class advisers.

Your presence and active participation are important in helping our learners succeed. Let us continue working hand in hand as partners in education and as one united Mapagong Elementary School community.

MAPAGONG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ATHLETICS TEAM SHINES AT CLUSTER MEET 2026

What an incredible display of talent, determination, discipline, and sportsmanship! The Mapagong Elementary School Athletics Team delivered an outstanding performance during the recently concluded Cluster Meet 2026, held at Majada In Elementary School, where both our boys and girls stood out and proudly represented Mapagong with excellence.

Every sprint, jump, throw, and finish reflected the countless hours of training, perseverance, and dedication of our young athletes. Their courage to compete and determination to give their very best brought immense pride to the entire Mapagong Elementary School community.

Behind this achievement are individuals who continuously guide, encourage, and support our athletes. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to their coach, Mam Charlotte Enaje for her dedication and commitment in training our athletes; Mam Estrel Olivar for her care and assistance throughout the competition; Sports Coordinator Sir John Christopher Revilla for his leadership and coordination; School Head Mam Sophie H. Sagap, Ed.D. and Sir Alejandro Tatlonghari, PhD for their unwavering encouragement and support for our school’s sports program; and lastly, to the Sangguniang Barangay ng Mapagong, headed by Barangay Captain, Jona Baylon, for their unending support to our athletes, coaches, and officials. Your continued assistance and partnership provide our young athletes with the opportunity to compete, grow, and reach their full potential.

To our young athletes, congratulations! You have shown that hard work, teamwork, discipline, and determination can take you a long way. May you continue to train with passion, compete with heart, and give your very best in every competition.
