Good day everyone:

Our catering services started in March 2016. For almost a decade, we have been providing quality service. Not everything has been perfect, but we can proudly say that we have always done our best to keep everything in good order.

This year month of august ( 9 to until present ) has been the most challenging for us. Several events had to be moved because the venues and roads became difficult to access due to the high floodwaters. However, some clients still decided to push through with their events, with many of them even located in Tarlac Province.

The timeline was not easy to manage because of the consecutive events, but we are truly grateful for the understanding and appreciation shown by many of our clients. Others, however, did not seem to consider the situation we were facing.

We want to make this clear to our future clients: we will always do our best to find solutions, even when unexpected challenges arise. The difficulties we experience behind the scenes should never be used as an excuse not to provide the service you deserve.

One important thing we would like to emphasize is the need to carefully review your contract, especially the terms and conditions.

We never disregard your feedback. Every comment and concern is important to us. However, we also encourage everyone to be observant and understanding of the circumstances and situations involved.

Please do not always judge things based solely on what you are used to or what you have experienced before. Every event and every situation can be different.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our suppliers who, with just one call, are always ready to provide us with the services and equipment we need.

Our endless gratitude goes to all our waiters, food attendants, service drivers, tricycle drivers, boat drivers, and our amazing decoration team. Your hard work, dedication, and support have been a big part of every successful event. ❤️
