We can totally say that nothing's new because we wake up every morning going to school with 1 to 2 hours of sleep and going home with a lot of schoolworks that needed to pass. This routine are continue to happen everyday. Our weekends that supposed to be our restday or the time to spend our time to our loved ones, we're spending it right now with our ballpen and papers.

Now,I am going to ask you a question are you one of those students whose stressing their selves about their studies?that all you can say is

To prevent this, it's important for schools to provide support and resources for students struggling with mental health challenges. Educators can also promote open discussions about mental health, provide access to counseling services, and foster a supportive and inclusive school environment. By addressing the mental health needs of students, we can help prevent depression from impacting their education and overall well-being.
