The University Student Council (USC) will be conducting a Constitutional Convention at the 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐆𝐲𝐦𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐮𝐦 to deliberate and revise the USC Constitution and By-Laws.

To prepare for the convention, a Google Sheet will be sent later for the submission of representatives from each program and organization.

📌 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬?
• One (1) representative per program
• One (1) representative per organization under ARCOSAF, including the President
• All members of the UJSCO
• All chief executives of non-USC member organizations under the SCA
• USC Internal Affairs Committee (Presidium)

As of the moment, several organizations under ARCOSAF still do not have assigned participants/delegates yet. Organizations are highly encouraged to submit and finalize their representatives as soon as possible.

The Association of Recognized Campus Organizations, Sororities, and Fraternities (ARCOSAF) proudly presents the recognized campus organizations that help shape our vibrant and inclusive university community.

Each organization brings unique advocacies, initiatives, and opportunities that encourage students to get involved, develop leadership, and actively engage in their student journey.

Together, they strengthen unity and promote a culture of leadership, service, and cooperation within the university community.

𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗙 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

The 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗦𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 (𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗙) successfully conducted a meeting yesterday, March 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM at the 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗹.

The meeting gathered representatives from 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆-𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to discuss matters relevant to organizational coordination and the preparation for upcoming activities. It also acted as a platform for collaboration and communication among member organizations.

Among the important agenda discussed was the review of the proposed Constitution and By-Laws, as reflected in the minutes of the meeting.
