𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 | 𝗖𝗢𝗕 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

The first day of COB Week 2026, held from 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝟱 𝘁𝗼 𝟳 at the 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗹𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹, officially opened with a dynamic leadership training attended by students from the College of Business, along with participants from various departments.

The activity was designed to enhance leadership skills, build confidence, and prepare students for their future careers in a competitive and evolving professional environment. Throughout the day, participants actively engaged in interactive discussions. These hands-on experiences allowed students to apply leadership principles in real-life scenarios, helping them better understand how to lead, make decisions, and connect with others in different situations.

By the end of the session, participants gained valuable insights and practical skills that will contribute to their personal and professional growth. Overall, Day 1 set a positive and inspiring tone, marking the beginning of a meaningful, engaging, and exciting COB Week 2026.

𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 | The 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬’ 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐇𝐑𝐒𝐀𝐏) – Local Chapter, College of Business proudly recognizes 𝐘𝐯𝐨𝐧 𝐌. 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐲𝐨𝐧𝐠 for successfully earning the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) credential from the Human Resource Educators' Association of the Philippines (HREAP).

She passed the HREAP Assessment Examination held online last January 9, 2026 (Notre Dame of Jolo College) and on January 24 & 25, 2026 (Institutional and National Batch), respectively.

This certification helps her gain stronger knowledge in basic HR practices such as hiring, employee relations, compensation, and workplace policies. It also gives her better preparation for future HR roles and adds value to her credentials as a future HR professional.

Her achievement shows her dedication to learning and self-improvement, bringing pride to the College of Business and the HRSAP community.

𝐅𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐇𝐁𝐀𝐂𝐊 | Students of the College of Business, University of Perpetual Help System – Cauayan City, Isabela, successfully conducted the College of Business 𝐄𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the Audio-Visual Room.

The activity gathered students to discuss important academic and organizational concerns and to elect student officers who will serve for the next term. The event aimed to strengthen student participation, promote responsible leadership, and ensure proper student representation within the College of Business.

The assembly and election were organized by the student organization with the guidance of College of Business advisers and were carried out in an orderly and transparent manner, following university rules and guidelines.

The 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 successfully conducted its 𝑰𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒕𝒖𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑨𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒍𝒚 𝒐𝒏 𝑺𝒆𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓 12, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at the Audio-Visual Room. Bringing together continuing students, freshmen, and transferees in a welcoming and engaging gathering.

The activity served as both an official welcome and orientation, ensuring that all students were properly informed about university and departmental guidelines, academic policies, and rules and regulations, providing a strong foundation for a successful and meaningful academic journey.

Key student matters were discussed during the assembly, including the election of student officers for the upcoming term, encouraging student leadership and active participation in campus life. Organized with the guidance of faculty advisers, the program was carried out smoothly and in full compliance with university rules and standards.

𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐆𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 | The 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬’ 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐇𝐑𝐒𝐀𝐏) – 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫, College of Business recognizes the achievement of 𝐀𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐃. 𝐋𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐳, a BSBA–Human Resource Management student, who has successfully earned the National Certified Bookkeeper certification from the Accounting Certification & Training Institute.

She belongs to the 128th Batch and completed the certification at the University of Perpetual Help System – Cauayan City, Isabela. As the current Auditor of the HRSAP officers, this certification strengthens her ability to ensure accurate financial records, transparency, and accountability within the organization. Her achievement reflects her commitment to responsible leadership and continuous learning, bringing pride to the College of Business and the HRSAP community.

𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓 | BSBA–HRM Students Hold First OJT Coating and Pinning Ceremony

Cauayan City, Isabela, December 19, 2025 — The College of Business conducted the First Immersion / On-the-Job Training (OJT) Coating and Pinning Ceremony of the BSBA–Human Resource Management Department at RAI Atrium Suites District 1, Cauayan City.

The activity marked an important milestone for BSBA–HRM students as they officially transitioned from classroom learning to workplace immersion. The ceremony was attended by university officials and administrators, guest speaker(s), faculty members, and the students’ parents and guardians.

During the event, students were conferred with their corporate coat and pin, symbolizing their readiness to enter the professional environment and take on real-world responsibilities.

The ceremony also served as the first official pinning activity of the newly established HRM Department, guided by CHED principles on student welfare, transparency, and voluntariness.

The College of Business continues its commitment to preparing students for practical experience and professional growth.
