Vision: Together We Can Build a Better World
Mission: Kindness Matters (Philippines) (formerly known as Wings of Light and Hope) is a group of volunteers who compassionately aims to create, find and support programs that help improve the lives of families and schools in poor communities. Core Philosophies
Transparent & Accountable - to be open and honest in showing our goals, results and achievements to follow through on our commitments and be accountable to people and donors
Respect- treating everyone with equality, compassion and dignity
Integrity - to act with utmost honesty, fairness, and responsible in words and actions
Courage - set a positive example, inspire, be inclusive, take risks to help and seek solutions
Compassion - making efforts to recognize and understand the challenges faced by others and provide support with kindness and care
Empower - encourage, support and enhance their potential to improve their lives to help them address the challenges they are in
Stewardship - staying true to our principles and honoring our commitments by being financially, socially and environmentally responsible
Goals:
To maintain quality programs/projects that cater to the needs of low-income families to uplift their lives. To create public awareness of acts of kindness
