This September 11, ESTOS by Chef Al Fernando presents KŌBŌ — an intimate tasting experience where Japanese tradition meets French precision, reflecting Chef Al Fernando’s evolving culinary craft.
But this evening is about more than what is served at the table.
Half of the proceeds from KŌBŌ will be dedicated to helping families affected by the recent flooding in Guagua — a community that has been part of the ESTOS story since the very beginning.
